Swisser Storage provides object storage and content delivery services. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal and abusive content. Uploading, storing, or sharing such content will lead to immediate account termination, permanent data deletion, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Malware & Phishing: Viruses, trojans, worms, or deceptive sites/files intended to steal credentials.
• Illegal Content: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), terrorism-related content, or non-consensual sexual imagery. We report CSAM to the relevant authorities immediately (NCMEC).
• Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material (piracy, warez).
• Violence & Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination.

Services are subject to the storage and bandwidth limits of your selected plan (Free, Starter, Pro).

• Fair Use: While we provide generous bandwidth, excessive usage that impacts the stability of our network for other users may result in throttling or temporary suspension.
• Overages: If you exceed your plan's limits, we may restrict access to your files until you upgrade your plan or reduce usage.

You retain all rights to the files you upload ("User Content"). By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to store, backup, and deliver this content as requested by you (e.g., via our CDN). We do not claim ownership of your content.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content hosted on Swisser Storage infringes your copyright, please contact us.

In no event shall Swisser Storage, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
