If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

No complex forms or hoops to jump through. Just let us know why it didn't work out for you (so we can improve), and we will process your refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team via email:

Processing Time

Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com.

Once we approve your refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), depending on your bank.

Exceptions (Fair Use)

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect abuse of our policy. Examples of abuse include:

  • Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly use the money-back guarantee.
  • Using the service for massive bulk downloads/storage (terabytes of traffic) within the 14-day period and then cancelling ("Hit and Run").
  • Violating our Terms of Service (e.g., uploading illegal content, phishing, malware). Accounts terminated for abuse are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations vs. Refunds

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Dashboard. This stops future billing. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund: A refund returns your money and typically ends your access to paid features immediately.
